INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF CIC DRISHYA VERSION 2 SOFTWARE

The new version of CIC Drishya is an improved version having additional facilities, besides being more user friendly. 

During the implementation of  CICDrishya version 2, you are requested to interact with us on the chat daily between 11-1 am and 3 to 5pm. in the CICDrishya chat room with drishya-lily-prasad. This will enable us to get your feedback on problems, if any, faced by you with this new version. We, on our side will be monitoring your CIC for attendance and other features available in CICDrishya.

 Follow the following instructions:

1. If your system date is not showing correct date and time,
    set your  date and time using the following steps

    a) Go to Start Button
    b) Select Settings/Control Panel
    c) Select Date  and Time option
    d) Set correct date and time 
    If your system date is set incorrectly, your attendance will not be accepted.

 1. Before installing the new version please un-install the CICDrishya that  is running currently.

 2. Delete CICDrishya folder from C:\ProgramFiles if it exists after the  un-installation.

 3. After you have uninstalled the CICDrishya and deleted the CICDrishya  folder from C:\ProgramFiles, you can install the new version 2.0

 4. Download the new version (version 2.0) of CICDrishya Software. Before downloading the new version you can go through "Upgrade Features of CICDrishya software" which will be visible from the link for download given below.

 5. To download New Version of CICDrishya , go to the URL http://cicvisuals.nic.in/installation1V2.php
 (in exactly the same case as specified)

6. Use the same CICDrishya Key that you have for downloading the new  CICDrishya Software.

 7. Use the new version of CICDrishya to send attendance on a daily basis.

8. Remove old version of Drishya from all systems. Do not use old version to send attendance as it won't be accepted.

Daily Routine to be followed after installation of CIC Drishya Software:

1.Do not disconnect the camera while starting the CIC Drishya software.
2. Camera should be facing the operator.
3.When the operator comes in the CIC, he has to send his incoming attendance by pressing attendance button on the window. 
4. When the operator leaves the CIC for the day, he has to send his outgoing attendance.
